Our youth fellows ran their own quarterly review last month. They presented metrics, defended ideas, and chose their next program lead by anonymous vote.

This is what we mean when we say the block is the boardroom. Leadership isn't a building. It's a practice that scales wherever young people are taken seriously and given real authority.

If you run a program, give them the keys. If you run a label, give them the masters. If you run a meeting, give them the floor.
