Boss Up: Five Empowerment Strategies For Young Creatives

Empowerment isn't a hashtag. It's a practice. These are the five tools we hand every young creative who walks into our doors:

1. Own your name. Trademark, domain, IG handle — secure them before you need them. 2. Build the room. Three peers, one mentor, one elder. Meet monthly. 3. Write the bio. Update it every quarter. Treat your story like the product it is. 4. Bank on yourself. A separate account for your art keeps the dream legible. 5. Rest loudly. Naming rest as work changes the culture you're in.
